Stuff you may need:
- yellow clay (or color of your cake)
- white clay (or icing color)
- liquid transparent clay
- glue
- gloss
- exact o or blade
- tooth brush
- paint, pastels or what ever you want to use to color the tlc.
- 2 diffident sized lids
- a small container to mix in
- toothpick or Popsicle stick
1. First you'll need to take the yellow and roll it in to a ball then squish it into a can shape.
2. Now you cut it all the way through about 3 time's to get some even pieces or you can cute 1 and use the rest of the cake.
3. After you cute it up you take a piece and on both side of the triangle part you take you tooth brush and press on it some to make it look crumbly and like bread somewhat.
4. Once you've done that where going to move on to the plate you'll set you cake on. you take your white and you'll need to roll it in a small ball then you take 2 lids (one bigger and a smaller one) and cute the white like a cookie cuter with the big lid.
5. Then take the smaller one and cut out a piece and put it under you larger one you cute out earlier. then take the small like a push down slightly in the middle to give it the look of a plate.
6. Once you have the plate done you take you cake and put it around the middle of the plate. you may want to glue it down so you wont have to worry about it falling off.
7. Now you start mixing up you translucent liquid clay (tlc) and add some paint or what even you want to use to color it. (don't add to much though)
8. You can start to spread it on to your cake now like you would a real cake. (it can be a bit messy os be careful.)
8. now you take some leftover white and roll it into a thin like and cute it into 2 and wrap them together. then place them on the back of your cake.
9. now you can start adding what ever you want to decorate you cake so it doesn't look so plane. you can add silverware, sprinkles or glitter or even some pieces of a cane you've made. also if your going to make this a charm or earrings you should add the loop now. Then you can bake it up and add your gloss.
When you're done baking you should get something like this.
This is fun to make and it looks tasty even it is not good to eat it.:))
